This Chaozhou teapot is crafted from local Chaozhou red clay, also known as Chaozhou Zhuni clay.

Clay Characteristics
1. Chaozhou Zhuni features a fine, pliable texture and excellent plasticity.
2. When fired, it produces teapots with a solid body, smooth surface and low air permeability. Compared with Zisha clay, it better preserves tea’s original flavor and aroma.
3. This semi‑porcelain‑grade clay retains high heat without dissipating tea fragrance, making it ideal for brewing Oolong and Dancong tea.

Recommended Use
For Phoenix Dancong, Rock tea, Tieguanyin and Taiwan Oolong tea, this teapot unlocks richer tea fragrance better than Zisha teapots.
